News.blog: Online list of cheating men gets sued

It was only a matter of time before the Web site DontDateHimGirl.com, a database where women can anonymously add details about men who've cheated on them or lied to them, was sued by one of the fellows featured within its ranks of shame.

Now, approximately a year after the site opened, the Miami Herald is reporting that a lawyer from Pittsburgh has sued the South Florida-based site for defamation. Todd Hollis, 38, claims that members of DontDateHimGirl.com falsely accused him of bisexuality, relationships with multiple women at once and spreading sexually transmitted diseases -- and that the owner of the site would not remove his information when he requested it. He cites the posts about him as both personally and professionally damaging.

According to the Herald, the site's founder, Tasha Joseph of Miami Beach, is claiming protection under the Communications Decency Act.
