Photos: Wearable tech at 2nd Skin show
Science and technology converged with art and fashion at "2nd Skin: Imaginative Designs in Digital & Analog Clothing", a runway fashion show at San Francisco's Exploratorium on Friday night.
Among the designs making their way down the runway were this jacket made of plastic shopping bags. It was created by Karen Wilkinson, an Exploratorium staff member.
The artists' works will be on display at the museum for five months, as will the "Clothesline Project", which will feature wearable art made by visitors.
