News.blog: Next nano to brush-up scratched image?
The update to Apple's iPod nano could have a casing similar to the iPod Mini's brushed-metal exterior, according to a report posted this week on AppleInsider.
Such a move could help deflect criticism that accompanied the original nano, which some say scratched too easily. The concern prompted legal and other headaches for the Mac maker.
AppleInsider also notes that any new nano is likely to have more memory than the current generation, perhaps offering up to 8GB of storage, twice that of today's top-of-the-line nano.
